Pickled hard eggs


  1. Get yer eggs
  2. Boil. I say 8 minutes
  3. Put in cold bath so they peel easier
  4. Brine is 3 cups vinegar to 2 cups water, plus 1/4 cup pickling salt.
  5. Add some fun stuff to the brine. I used dill, chives, capers, garlic.
  6. Let sit for a few days to soak the goodness. Enjoy!
